Frequently asked questions
Are tables and pictures preserved?
PNG/JPEG photos, basic table cells and merges are supported. Text A → photo → text B stays in document order. Floating images are moved to their text anchors; original coordinates, columns and overlaps can differ. Cropping, rotation, equations and shape effects are not retained.
When are files deleted?
Files are not stored on our server. Clear files or leave the page to release tab references. Delete downloaded files from your device yourself.
What if conversion fails?
Check the version, protection settings and file integrity. Try exporting an unprotected HWPX or DOCX using Hancom software.
